My name is Ann and I’ve always had an interest for pastels, crafts, vintage, and swoon worthy things. But my interest became passion when I started planning my wedding. Just like any brides out there, I found ideas and inspirations from wedding blogs which helped me realize that weddings are one of my passions. The emotions and memories captured, the details, the dress, the venue…I just swoon each and every time! Even after marrying the love of my life, my day is not complete without reading my favorite wedding blogs.
It is safe to say that if wedding planning/coordinating have a geek squad, I will be riding shotgun! I passionately enjoy planning, coordinating, and working on DIY projects that’s why I want to share that passion and help bring your dreams to life. Inspiration:What inspired me to start Hugs & Kisses Events was my very own wedding that I planned and coordinated each and every detail. We didn’t hire a planner/coordinator because we were on a tight budget, but I did wish I hired someone to take care of things for me because it was stressing! On the day of the wedding, I gave my 100% trust and faith to my dad who was very willing to help set up the venue and to my friend whom I appointed as the day-of-coordinator…they were both prepped months before the big day.
No matter how organized, detailed, and précised a person is, my advice is to hire someone who can make your wedding planning stress-free. Hire someone who can help or do the planning, coordinating, DIY projects, scouring flea markets and swap meets, etc. for you!
